So in the biggest battle Marvel came out on top but it was close. Marvel had an average of 6.6 while DC had a total of 6. I think the reason why Marvel one is becuase its huge quantity of films. Marvel had over 15 films in the 2000s and most of them were really good. The reason they almost lost was The Punisher franchise that I gave a 1. That 1 really dropped Marvels rate down but it survived. Also The Fantastic Four franchise only got a 5 so that could have been another reason for the some what low grade.
Now onto DC. The reason that DC lost is becuase of the lack of films released. DC only had a total of four films so I had to take some points of for that. Also besides The Dark Knight, DC did not have any other standout films like Marvel had. Still it was a close battle between the two companies and that could change very soon after this summer with all of the super hero films being released.
